Our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are one of the things that make Market Builders stand out. 

 

Hire the Right People

We take the treatment of your customers very seriously.  That begins by selecting professionals who are looking for a career, not just a job.  With few exceptions, we limit hiring to individuals who hold bachelor degrees or higher.  Each candidate is extensively reviewed before being added to our team.

 

Train the Right People

Each of our reps receives extensive training prior to ever picking up the phone.  Because we do not use scripts, reps must be highly trained in product knowledge, services offered, and company information. 

 

Training never stops at Market Builders.  Our CSRs receive monthly product and skills training.  This allows them to speak knowledgeably with your customers.

This commitment to training gives our CSRs the knowledge and tools they need to have unscripted, natural conversations that are directed by the needs of the customer.

 

Place the Right People

Each of our CSRs is assigned a specific territory to cover.  This allows them to build a relationship very similar to one which a salesperson would develop with customers within their territory.

 

Retain the Right People

Our most seasoned reps have been with us over ten years.  Our “rookies” have been part of our team for over three years.  Our programs are centered around relationships.  The relationships our CSRs build with your customers depend on continuity.  This is why we work very hard on employee retention and minimize turnover.
