“Altorfer
Inc has been using Market Builder for the past 7 years on several
different customer contact projects including customer name and
address, machine population cleanup and contacting our skid steer
customers regarding special winter machine service specials, all of
which have been completed very professionally. Customer reaction to
Cheri's calls have been very positive as customers assume she is an
actual employee of Altorfer and not a “telemarketer” just placing a
call. We currently have them making follow-up calls on machine warranty extensions to customers after customers are notified of our offer by mail. Cheri is then passing all leads that are identified to the customers’ Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) for follow-up. Based on our continued success, we have recently elected to assign a select group of customers that our PSSRs are not required to call on, to Market Builders for them to contact two times per year in hopes of identifying incremental parts, service or sales opportunities.

Alban Tractor has partnered with Market Builders for over 5 years.
